These terms apply to purchases through the MadeByQinn online store. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns and refunds policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Products and descriptions

Please review the product description, dimensions and photographs before ordering. Screen settings may cause colours to appear different from the physical artwork. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description or your statutory remedies if they do not.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details when ordering. The total price and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. If there is an availability or order-processing problem, we will contact you to agree on a solution and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Shipping

Existing original paintings are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is processing time, not delivery time. Please read our Shipping policy for further information.

Personalised commissions

For personalised artwork, the specifications, price and production timeline will be agreed with you before purchase. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, where this exception applies and has been disclosed before purchase. Your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of existing artwork. The fact that a painting is unique does not itself remove this right. Please read our Returns and refunds policy for the notification procedure, return costs, refund terms and exceptions.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. Any lawful deduction from a refund must reflect the actual, documented loss in value rather than a fixed penalty.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact tuinqinn@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the goods and packaging. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Artwork and copyright

Buying a physical artwork does not by itself transfer copyright or grant commercial reproduction rights. Any such rights must be agreed separately with the rights holder. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit the store, place an order or contact us.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing order without your agreement.
